Can I return an item?
Milk Moon Kids wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason your expectations were not fulfilled, we would be more than happy to return your item(s) for store credit or provide a full refund, not including shipping. In order to ensure proper credit, please return the item(s) in its original packaging and include the sales receipt. The merchandise must be in saleable condition. In order to enhance your shopping experience with us, please include your contact information in case we need to contact you and the reason for your return. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

How are the orders shipped?

All of our orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Shipping and tax is calculated at the checkout process. If you require an express shipment or an international order, please contact us at info@milkmoonkids.com or call us at 513.335.8841. We would be happy to provide a shipping quote. Please note we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

**International Shipments - International customers are responsible for paying any local taxes, fees and/or surcharges as their package passes through customs. Milk Moon Kids is not responsible for these potential additional charges.

Do you collect sales tax?
Sales tax will be collected for those residents of the state of Ohio as well as those products being shipped to the state of Ohio. All other customers are responsible for complying with their local laws.

When will I receive my order?

In most cases, orders will be shipped within 48 – 72 hours after the order has been placed. All orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Please allow 2 weeks for personalized items. 
In the unlikely event that the product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via email and you can decide whether or not you want to keep your order.

What if my order is damaged?
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@milkmoonkids.comwithin five days of receipt of your package. Please keep the original box, packaging and merchandise for UPS will pick up the shipment. We will be able to replace your order once the claim has been filed with UPS.

What if I want my print framed?
Currently we do not offer the prints framed on our online store with the exception of those that specifically state they are shipped framed. Where applicable, we have noted which prints fit into standard frames. Framed prints can be found at our retail locations.

How accurate are the colors represented?
Due to the nature of the business and the hand mixing of the ink, we have done our best to portray the colors as accurately as possible. All computer monitors display colors differently. Should the color(s) not meet your expectations, please return the item(s) for full store credit.
